A polished, visually appealing concept presentation (PowerPoint or PDF) that explains the project vision, community need, potential impact, and how the redevelopment could combine affordable housing, family stabilization, workforce development, and historic preservation. Written notes, photos, and planning materials will be provided; specifics can be discussed with the volunteer.

A clear, compelling deck will help secure support from city leaders, preservation advocates, funders, and community partners to advance a redevelopment that preserves historic character while promoting stable housing, family stabilization services, and workforce pathways for court-involved parents and families.

We have compiled written descriptions, concept notes, photos, and planning materials to guide the design. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews so the volunteer can refine messaging and visuals. The team is ready to collaborate on reviews and iterate the deck for external audiences.
