Complete Discreet Web Development Tasks to Wrap-Up a Site Redesign

We’ve been working on a major website redesign project over the past year, and have done so in a few phases and with different consultants. Right now, we have made significant progress and have a running site, but have several features and pages that are not complete.

The pulled back version of our ideal site is up and running. We are trying to identify someone who can complete the rest of our vision for the site, with a keen eye to detail, and a focus on making the site self maintainable within our small team. Our site is currently on Wix Studio.

Our mission is to bring Caribbean folk culture, artists, music, stories, movement and theatre into prominent spaces while achieving greater recognition. We provide entertainment and education to our patrons, and give voice to our diverse issues, performers, writers and directors. We aim to represent with creative authenticity the folk culture of the Caribbean islands.

As a non-profit organization Braata Productions fosters and develops a greater interest in the understanding and appreciation for all things Caribbean by preserving and showcasing its history, lifestyles, traditions and customs through the visual and performing arts.

Having a smooth, mobile responsive, and compelling website that represents our organization is extremely crucial to our success. We're currently in a period of major change and upscaling our work, so our website reflecting this is very important.

We currently have:
- A figma file with the ideal/end goal design for our site. This is a full prototype with page by page design
- Another figma file from a volunteer outlining the features we’d like implemented, organized on a chart by complexity of completion (as per their standards) and level of priority for our team.
- A draft Project Proposal from the same volunteer outlining the smaller phases/milestones it might take to complete this site.
- A living brainstorming document with thoughts from our team on potential website edits

We’re happy to talk through the possibility of focusing on specific phases or aspects of this website, but would love as much continuity in this redesign and development process as possible.
