We need a volunteer to audit our current website content and deliver new content based on our goals, increasing traffic that, in turn, brings donations and awareness. Content should be specific to our cause that doesn't overwhelm the reader or does not leave them with a gap. A volunteer who has experience with animal rescue content/storytelling is preferred.

No matter how trustworthy, impactful, and passionate we are, having the right website content showcasing our work without losing audience attention is essential. An SEO-friendly website content that relays our impact is crucial to optimize community engagement and getting steady donations.

During this project, the volunteer audits and delivers a draft of recommendations to maximize impact on key audiences and provide new content. From here, they'll create a copy that meets our needs and recommend plugins/tools to maximize our Google ads performance.

What activities will be completed as part of the project:
-Audit of the existing website content.
-Content Audit, Content Outline, and Content Delivery Plan.
-Creation of audit report.
-Deliver the content.

Design Deliverable: An audit report suggesting content improvements and additional recommendations for Google ads performance.

India’s animal welfare infrastructure struggles to meet basic needs. The cities have no animal control hotline or animal control officers to catch and transport wounded or stray animals. In the rare cases where critical veterinary care arrives in time for these animals, the city’s single animal shelter is over-capacity, and a lack of funding and volunteers leaves a small foster network without the people or capital to improve the lives of these animals. And even for the people and organizations that want to help, the needs of injured or paralyzed animals, orphaned animals, and carriers of cancer or other deadly diseases often exceed their capacity. Stray Animal Foundation of India works to change this through a combination of approaches: > Increasing our own ability to help special cases no one else will > Bolstering the animal foster and adoption system to match stray animals with loving homes > Expanding animal birth control, rabies vaccination, and veterinary services to keep animals and populations safe > Recruiting and training animal control and transportation staff to get critical interventions to stray animals in need > Public education to reduce abuse and promote fostering and adoption
