SurveyMonkey evaluation

RCF Connects’ Embodied Leadership Coaching Program needs an experienced SurveyMonkey user to give feedback on our CRM, survey question design, and data management plan, as we transition from GoogleForms to SurveyMonkey.

This support will streamline onboarding new coaching participants and create data management and evaluation processes that staff can implement. This will allow us to measure the impact of coaching across all of our participants and projects.

The program has existed since 2019, using GoogleForms to onboard clients and evaluate impact. We began transitioning to SurveyMonkey in February 2021. Two full-time staff have the time and expertise to support this, once the design is complete.
