We want to improve healthy board communication. Our board currently struggles with unclear communication patterns, inconsistent participation, and limited meeting productivity, which undermines our ability to hold constructive, professional meetings.

We have tried to mend communication among board and staff and need outside support to help navigate a way out of our current patterns.

We are looking for a volunteer with Board Development and Board Governance expertise to create practical, ready-to-use tools our board can adopt remotely. The volunteer will:
- Produce facilitation guidelines for productive, constructive, and professional board meetings.
- Draft a set of communication norms and meeting etiquette for board members to follow.
- Develop a delegation framework that clarifies roles, responsibilities, and processes for assigning and tracking board tasks.
- Provide strategies and simple tools to address low participation and increase meeting productivity.
