We do not have a strong performance review questionnaire for each role in the office. We are a team of eight and need Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for each staff member. Our office includes eight distinct roles: Finance Director; Development & Communications Director; Digital Marketing Coordinator; Marketing & Communications Director; Development Manager; Finance Coordinator; Donor Care Coordinator; Office Manager & Executive Assistant.
The volunteer will create one performance-review questionnaire tailored to each of the eight listed job titles and deliver a single fillable Individual Development Plan (IDP) template that can be used for all staff. We are looking for a volunteer with HR Management and Performance Management expertise to develop role-aligned review questions and an editable IDP template appropriate for our small nonprofit team.
