La Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise développe un nouveau parcours d’orientation et de préqualification vers l’emploi destiné aux bénéficiaires de protection internationale au Luxembourg. Ce projet vise à faciliter leur insertion socioprofessionnelle en leur offrant un accompagnement structuré vers l’emploi ou la formation.

À ce stade, le programme est défini dans son contenu, mais il ne dispose pas encore d’une identité propre. L’absence d’un nom et d’une identité visuelle forte constitue un frein à sa visibilité, à son appropriation par les participants et à sa promotion auprès des partenaires, employeurs et parties prenantes.

Nous recherchons donc un soutien pro bono pour créer une marque de projet cohérente, attractive et porteuse de sens. Nous n’avons pas encore entrepris de démarche formelle de branding et souhaitons bénéficier de l’expertise d’un professionnel afin de construire une identité solide dès le lancement du programme.

The Luxembourg Red Cross is developing a new orientation and pre-qualification pathway toward employment for beneficiaries of international protection in Luxembourg. The project aims to support their socio-professional integration by offering structured guidance toward employment or training.

At this stage, the program’s content is defined, but it does not yet have an identity of its own. The lack of a name and a strong visual identity is holding back its visibility, its adoption by participants, and its promotion to partners, employers, and stakeholders.

We are therefore seeking pro bono support to create a coherent, appealing, and meaningful project brand. We have not yet undertaken any formal branding process and would like to benefit from a professional’s expertise to build a strong identity from the program’s launch.

À l’issue du projet, nous souhaitons disposer d’une identité complète pour ce nouveau parcours d’accompagnement vers l’emploi.

Le consultant pro bono nous aidera à :

définir un nom fort, mémorable et fédérateur pour le programme ;
créer une identité visuelle cohérente avec les valeurs de la Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise ;
concevoir un logo ;
proposer un univers graphique et une mini-charte graphique (couleurs, typographies, principes d’utilisation).

Le succès du projet sera atteint lorsque le programme disposera d’une identité claire et professionnelle qui pourra être utilisée sur l’ensemble de nos supports de communication, facilitant ainsi sa visibilité, son appropriation par les bénéficiaires et son rayonnement auprès des partenaires.

By the end of the project, we would like to have a complete identity for this new pathway of support toward employment.

The pro bono consultant will help us:

Define a strong, memorable, and unifying name for the program;
Create a visual identity consistent with the values of the Luxembourg Red Cross;
Design a logo;
Propose a graphic universe and a mini style guide (colors, typefaces, usage principles).

The project will be successful when the program has a clear, professional identity that can be used across all of our communication materials, helping its visibility, its adoption by beneficiaries, and its reach among partners.
