**The Challenge:**
APTW is moving quickly to launch our major year-end Virtual 5K fundraising campaign. Because of tight immediate deadlines, our internal team is building out the technology integration between our front-facing website (Wix) and our campaign/donation platform (Givebutter) ourselves using online resources. While we are confident we can get the system up and running for launch, our small team lacks the advanced CRM data and IT engineering background to ensure our data schema is perfectly optimized for the long term.

Since Givebutter is currently driving the largest volume of our donor revenue, we cannot afford any formatting errors, mismatched donor profiles, or dropped data flows when processing high-volume transactions during our busiest giving season.

**The Opportunity:**
This Virtual 5K campaign through December 31, 2026, is the critical financial foundation that will directly seed and fund two major Celebrity Chef Cook Off and Celebrity Fashion Show charity events in 2027. We have a massive opportunity to capture a large wave of new 5K donors and smoothly transition them into lifelong supporters for our 2027 celebrity pipelines.

By having an IT expert conduct a targeted, post-launch audit of our live integration, we will ensure our system captures clean data automatically. This protects our data integrity, prevents hours of manual spreadsheet reconciliation for our small team, and unlocks advanced automation features to maximize donor retention.

Specific Deliverables:
By the end of this project, the pro bono consultant will deliver a comprehensive "Post-Launch Integration Audit & Optimization Roadmap" document. This written deliverable will include:
System Integration Review: A technical assessment of our live Wix and Givebutter connection, documenting any configuration gaps, layout variances, or data sync vulnerabilities.
Data Field Mapping Guide: A standardized mapping blueprint that ensures donor profiles and transactional fields align perfectly across both systems.
Prioritized Automation Checklist: A step-by-step written plan outlining recommendations for advanced automated communication sequences (e.g., automated thank-yous, milestone triggers, and year-end receipts) that can be built in a future implementation phase.
What Success Looks Like:
Success means having absolute peace of mind regarding our data infrastructure. With this project completed, our non-technical team will possess a clear, professional technical critique of our self-built setup and a concrete blueprint for optimization. This ensures all Virtual 5K donor data is captured accurately through December 31, 2026, completely eliminating manual data entry mistakes and cleanly formatting our records so we can easily invite these donors to our 2027 Celebrity Charity events.
