I am the director of 45 classrooms in Guatemala and do not have skills in social media. I know we are missing out on getting our projects publicized and funded. I volunteer my time to direct projects on the ground in Guatemala and don't have the time (nor will) to learn everything about social media and AI.

Donors, friends, and family suggest we should update and modernize. I couldn't agree more, but I'm working in the field most of the year, and no one on the board has an idea what to do.

Our website donor platform needs tweaking. We need an overall audit and a plan to revamp everything for 2027.

The deliverable will be the following:
1) Appraisal of our current social media and website effectiveness and a report to the board.
2) Propose a plan to improve our social media presence and our website.
3) Handoff plan and possible training.

Organization Mission

Our mission is to use unemployed women in Guatemala to mentally and physically prepare rural at-risk Guatemalan children for the first-grade by establishing preschool classrooms and tackling malnutrition. Our vision is to help break the cycle of poverty in Guatemala with a sustainable program that reduces the high drop-out rate while giving jobs to an underutilized portion of the population.
