We're struggling to communicate the big picture in our tech team's current reports. Our project manager and developers plan sprints and complete many small items, but items frequently carry over between sprints or fail testing. Existing reports focus on item-level activity and do not make it clear what will happen in an upcoming sprint or what actually happened at a practical level during a completed sprint, so management lacks clear visibility into sprint commitments and outcomes.

The volunteer will deliver a practical, ready-to-use sprint reporting template plus a short usage note. We are looking for a volunteer with Product Management expertise to design a concise template that (a) captures planned sprint commitments for each sprint and (b) captures actual outcomes at a practical level, including whether items were completed, carried over, or failed testing and a brief reason for any carryover or failure. The template should make it straightforward for our team to show, per sprint, what was planned and what happened so management can see sprint commitments and the realized results.
