Event Pricing Strategy

We need a volunteer to help determine appropriate pricing for our events that combine a volunteer session with book author events. In a one-hour consult, the volunteer should review key factors (costs, audience, market comparables, and pricing models), discuss tiered or package approaches versus per-attendee pricing, and recommend a sensible price range and next steps.
