About the Opportunity

Our organization is ready to begin our next strategic plan. We are a small nonprofit youth soccer club with approximately 250 registered participants, 15 managers/coaches, and a handful of volunteers. We are looking to expand our capacity to serve the growing need for soccer participation for low-income youth in the area. We need guidance understanding the steps needed to develop and implement a plan, as well as tips on resources that could be helpful along the way. We'll come to our conversation prepared to share details about our nonprofit's work, mission, and high-level goals.
