Revenue Diversification Brainstorm

Ta’leef Collective is looking to develop more sustainable and diverse sources of earned revenue to support our community programming and reduce reliance on traditional fundraising alone. We have several ideas we are interested in exploring, including community bazaars, merchandise, sponsorships, partnerships, and potentially other mission-aligned revenue-generating programs, but we need help determining which opportunities are realistic, financially worthwhile, and achievable with our current staff and volunteer capacity.

With Ramadan approaching, we are especially interested in identifying one or two revenue-generating initiatives that could realistically be developed and launched within the next several months, while also beginning to build a longer-term revenue diversification strategy.

During this session, we would like help evaluating our current ideas, identifying additional opportunities we may not have considered, and determining what should be prioritized based on potential revenue, startup costs, staff capacity, implementation time, and alignment with Ta’leef’s mission and community. Our goal is to leave with a clearer set of priorities and recommended next steps that can be developed into an actionable revenue strategy.
