About the Opportunity

We need a volunteer to help diagnose the root causes of ongoing interpersonal tension between a director and an employee and recommend practical strategies to improve communication and alignment. The volunteer should surface likely miscommunication patterns and role-strength mismatches, suggest a short conversation framework or coaching prompts the director can use, and recommend next steps for clarifying expectations. Specific examples and context will be provided during the session.
