About the Opportunity

Verde Vida hired its first two interns this summer. We were also awarded a grant from CUNY Baruch for a paid intern from the CUNY System. At times it was difficult to manage three new interns who are relatively new to the workforce. Would love to discuss how to recruit interns, how to manage and how to ensure they receive the best coaching and training while they could fulfill their assignments independently and without hand holding and oversight.
