Board Recruitment Strategies Consultation

The Healing Initiatives, Inc. is currently recruiting qualified volunteer board members and operational team members but has faced challenges reaching candidates with the appropriate experience, commitment, and alignment with our mission. During this consultation, we would like to review our current job descriptions to ensure the responsibilities, qualifications, time commitments, and expectations are clear and appealing to prospective candidates. We would also like to discuss recruitment and screening best practices, identify free or low-cost job-posting platforms, and brainstorm creative outreach, networking, and referral strategies for attracting strong candidates.
