Provide Guidance to Plan a Complete Nonprofit Organizational Assessment

A Place 2 Go is a Los Angeles nonprofit serving mature women impacted by incarceration and women facing
hardship. We want guidance on how to conduct a complete organizational assessment and identify the areas we need to strengthen. During this session, we would like help reviewing our governance, board structure, financial systems, human resources, operations, program policies, data collection, risk management, and readiness for government contracts. Our goal is to leave the session with a prioritized action plan and clear recommendations for the multiweek Taproot projects we should request next.
