We need a volunteer to help us finalize and formalize our volunteer program by reviewing our current volunteer intake, onboarding, role definitions, and basic management processes. The volunteer should recommend a simple structure and approaches for recruitment, tracking, and ongoing engagement. Details about our current processes and systems will be provided during the session, and can be provided beforehand if requested.
