• Use relevant data to align our messaging with funders’ priorities

Organization Mission

Inspire creativity, foster connection, and lead through the transformative power of theater. The world of theater profoundly shapes the lives of those passionate about the arts. The magical moment when the curtains rise and the lights dim, creates an unforgettable experience that we believe every young person should have the opportunity to enjoy. Yet, opportunities to learn, share, and grow in theater—whether through performance, technical skills, or creative collaboration—are often limited, especially across communities. Driven by our own lifelong love for theater, we saw its power to inspire and uplift youth. This shared passion led us to create an organization focused on expanding access, where high schoolers volunteer to support and guide young people who aspire to explore the world of theater. Our vision is to foster an inclusive and dynamic community where youth of all backgrounds can engage with theater, share their voices, and develop their creativity. High school students provide mentorship and support, helping participants build confidence and a love for the craft. Through this volunteer-driven initiative, we aim to bridge gaps in access and opportunity. Whether through workshops, school programs, or community theater, high school volunteers play a supporting role in helping more youth experience the transformative power of the arts.
