Our organization is looking to expand our board of directors. We are seeking advice on basic board composition questions from someone with a background in nonprofit governance, board work, and/or recruitment. During this Session I'd like to brainstorm a strategy to expand the membership from the current ten to fifteen and increase the number of under 40 year old members (especially those with disabilities).
