We’re seeking a one-hour consultation to get guidance on building the leadership and volunteer capacity needed to support our organization's growth. We currently have a founder and two co-founders and would like advice on prioritizing the volunteer and board roles we should focus on first. During the session, we’re looking for recommendations on which roles are most critical at our current stage, considerations for recruiting and engaging candidates, and next steps for developing a sustainable board and volunteer structure.
