We need a volunteer to answer our questions about federal tax filing obligations for our 501(c)(3) and advise on which IRS forms and filing pathways may apply. The volunteer should explain common filing options (e.g., electronic notice vs. Form 990 variants), documentation and record-keeping expectations, typical deadlines and pitfalls, and considerations for state filings. Specifics about our gross receipts and filing history will be provided during the session.

To globally eradicate Rh disease of the fetus and newborn, a preventable disease, by encouraging, enabling, and empowering diverse groups of individuals and organizations; to serve as a clearinghouse for cooperative and collaborative projects; to provide a centralized source of information about Rh disease for patients, physicians, and health-care organizations; and to advocate for affordable, universal, access to Rh(D) immune globulin, the cure for preventing this disease.
