We need a volunteer to review our sponsor outreach, follow-up, and partnership coordination approach and recommend practical, prioritized improvements we can adopt quickly. The volunteer should suggest simpler workflows, communication and relationship-tracking practices, and a strategy for prioritizing outreach given our volunteer-led capacity. Details about current tools and contact volume will be provided during the session.
