We need a volunteer to review our current budgeting approach, assess where we may be overcomplicating things, and recommend practical steps to organize and simplify the budget. The volunteer should identify gaps, suggest clear category and assumption structures, and outline next steps we can implement; details and current files will be provided during the session.
