We need a volunteer to review two bookkeeping vendor options and advise which is the most cost-effective and appropriate for a small nonprofit with a soon-to-open Benefit shop. The volunteer should identify how each vendor can segregate records for the agency versus the shop, recommend clear boundaries between bookkeeping and the separate accounting firm to avoid duplicated work, and flag key technology and process considerations given our grants, donations, and Medi‑Cal billing. Vendor details will be provided.
