Methodology and Process Consultation for Restructuring

We are a nonprofit student housing organization serving over 1,000 students annually. As part of an internal evaluation, we are exploring a potential departmental restructure to improve operational efficiency and better align our staffing model with our mission and workload.

We are seeking guidance from a volunteer with experience in organizational strategy, restructuring, or capacity building. In this session, we would like to discuss how to approach role changes responsibly, including the potential redefinition or discontinuation of certain staff positions. We are also interested interested in best practices for governance, change management, and aligning structure with mission.

Experience in cooperative or nonprofit settings is a plus, but we welcome insights from professionals across sectors. We’ll come prepared with background on our current structure and goals.
