I need to find someone to take over our nonprofit's bookkeeping and tax filing duties, as the volunteer who currently does this is retiring. I need help with strategies for finding a bookkeeper/accountant that we can afford, or recruiting another long-term volunteer/board member who can manage this ongoing responsibility. My goal is to walk away from this Session with clarity on the role description we're recruiting for, and ideas for recruitment channels and tactics.
