Badge Of Pride Website "Glow Up"

We are seeking strategic insight and creative direction for a complete redesign of our nonprofit website (badgeofpride.org). As a growing grassroots organization, we’ve been gaining attention for curating "Badge Of Pride: From Silence…To Celebration!"—the largest LGBTQ+ history exhibition ever presented in Texas. Our current website doesn’t reflect the caliber of our work, the emotional power of our content, or the bold identity we’re building as a queer-led cultural organization.

We’d like to discuss how to evolve our digital presence beyond a generic nonprofit template and toward a compelling, high-impact site that reflects our identity as a vibrant, history-activating organization. Specifically, we’d love help brainstorming:

- A visual and UX direction that feels custom, elevated, and mission-aligned
- How to organize content in a way that’s intuitive for visitors (exhibit info, upcoming programs, press/media, etc.)
- How to better use our site as a tool for fundraising, email capture, and media engagement
- Best practices for small nonprofits balancing storytelling, impact, and SEO
- How to scope a redesign that reflects our vision but respects our resource limitations

We’re not looking to “just make it pretty”—we want to think big and strategic about how this site can reflect our growing role in LGBTQ+ public history, community engagement, and cultural change.
