About the Opportunity

We’re looking for guidance on effective ways to reach people who need immigration legal services. Our nonprofit is a DOJ-recognized organization providing low-cost immigration legal services for USCIS matters, and we’re experiencing challenges connecting with individuals who need support. These challenges include distrust within immigrant communities due to past exploitation, discriminatory actions, and enforcement activity, as well as limited referral sharing among other DOJ-recognized organizations.

In this one-hour session, we’re seeking advice on outreach strategies that build trust, improve visibility, and help us better connect with eligible individuals. The goal is to leave with practical ideas, priority focus areas, and next steps we can explore to strengthen our outreach efforts.
