Advice on Setting Long-Term Priorities for a Growing Nonprofit
We're seeking help from a skilled volunteer to guide us prioritizing key focus areas that will support the long-term sustainability of our organization. As a team of just three full-time volunteer staff (who also serve as board members) and seven additional volunteers working 10–20 hours per week, we often find it challenging to distinguish between urgent demands and strategic priorities. We would deeply value help from a Taproot volunteer in clarifying what matters most, both financially and organizationally, to stay ahead of the curve and maximize our impact.
