SWOT Analysis Preparation

The Berkeley Herbal Center will celebrate its 30th anniversary this year. To mark this milestone, it aims to develop a strategic plan and explore potential shifts in its guiding theory. The first step in this process is a comprehensive SWOT analysis, which will identify key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing BHC. This analysis will be instrumental in creating a strategic plan that will aid in sustainable growth, employee engagement, and increased impact, as well as informing the development of measurable goals. To initiate this SWOT analysis, I am seeking guidance on preparing a list of questions for stakeholders and identifying relevant data to gather.
