We’re a small nonprofit that incorporated in January 2024, and we need help filing our first Form 990-EZ. Our donations and expenses are minimal, but we want to ensure everything is filed accurately and correctly. We’re looking for an accountant or tax professional who can walk us through the process, help us understand the key sections, and make sure we stay compliant. If possible, we’d love support completing the form or guidance on how to finalize it ourselves.
