We’re looking for advice on how to best structure an ongoing strategic planning support relationship. Specifically, we’d love input on how a strategic planning expert can help keep our facilitator and staff on track with goals and expectations — including how to balance regular check-ins (about an hour a month) with flexibility for additional guidance when needed. Could you also share ideas on making the most of that time, like testing concepts or incorporating best practices?

The American Osteopathic Foundation supports programs and services that promote osteopathic (whole person) medicine and enhance patient-centered care. We strive to combat the physician shortage through educational programming and financial shortages, and we work to ensure quality, health care is accessible and affordable throughout the country (and across the globe). Currently their are two physicians recognized in America - Osteopathic (DOs) and Allopathic (MDs); we have tripled over the last ten years, now making up 25% of the physician workforce and accounting for 60% of all family practice physicians across America.
