There are several issues I would like to discuss regarding the restructuring of DIA. The primary and pressing need is to get advice about straightening-out our financial situation. I am the newly elected treasurer and I need to know about the IRS 990 including: how to file, looking-up our current status, knowing what other responsibilities we must fulfill as a nonprofit.
