We are the new board of a cooperative preschool that has concerns about compliance with our 501(3)c status. We would like to ensure our processes are set up correctly for future compliance such as categorizing expenses; problem solving such as advice on past records, including loss. The teachers of Roseville Parent Education Preschool (RPEP) strive to offer parents education and support to nurture the growth and development of their young children in a safe, caring environment. In this cooperative setting, both parents and children are provided opportunities to learn together through experience, thus enhancing parent-child, family, and community relationships. ​
