Our over-taxed two-person office comprised of a President and an Operations & Communications Manager needs to find the right mix of added workforce -- permanent and outsourced -- to reach a productive, sustainable and affordable footprint. Before rushing into a hiring or contracting action we need to strategically consider how best to structure our organization to meet the needs of operations (financial management), member support, and development/representation. An HR professional's advice, first as a counseling session and, potentially, as a short project would be tremendously helpful.
