We're a nonprofit starting to setup Salesforce, and want configure the data the right way. Looking for some general advice on how to approach things.
1. We will initially just use this as a directory, for organizations (Accounts) and individuals (Contacts). Advice on how to migrate data from multiple Google Sheets, especially how to set up ways to report in the future on different contact/account types.
2. We have a number of initiatives, including an annual fair, and want to link customer object(s) to accounts. How best to do this, again for reporting purposes.
3. For the fair we would ideally like to have a "sales funnel" to monitor progress through sponsorship or exhibitor status. This funnel would need to repeat every year.
4. We would also like to additionally track grant applications and other funding opportunities. Is this something we could do with another funnel?
