1-Hour Consultation

We want assistance in developing a 1-3 year strategic plan for our nonprofit organization.

Our current strategic plan document comprises of an infrastructure strategy, an event strategy, a financial strategy, and a social media strategy, but we want to revise it to reflect our goals for the next 1-3 years.

Some things to know: We want to be able to enhance our fundraising capabilities and we would like to revise our sponsorship proposal to attract sponsors better. We are also in the midst of relaunching our nutrition program and our social media pages. We would like to receive advice on programming as well.

For context, the Community Enrichment Fitness Network's (CEFN) mission is to empower the older adult community to live healthier lifestyles through healthy eating and exercise. Our vision is to reduce the chance of chronic degenerative diseases occurring in older adults. We have fulfilled our mission and vision through our health fairs, nutrition programs, health expos, senior gala fundraisers, and special events.
