I'd like to receive HR advice. Specifically, I'd like to know if our current method of administering our health insurance benefit is the only/best way.
I'm currently the only full-time employee; we have 3 part-time employees. I'm the only staff member eligible to receive a health insurance/IRA benefit. I currently receive a lump sum to pay for my personal health insurance plan and contribute to my personal IRA. I also have my own HSA and would like to know if I could make a payment to my HSA. We do not have an employee handbook or HR manual and currently do not have anyone with HR expertise on our board.
