Art in Action would like to create a "higher level" strategy to guide our wonderful Marketing Manager, Monique, in her work. Monique creates content to support earned and contributed revenue campaigns. Since Monique is our sole marketing resource, creating a strategy with help guide her as she works with the respective org departments. We aim to leverage the strategy to achieve more efficiency and effectiveness in her work. We would like to discuss how we create a plan and learn what are the key ideas to keep in mind as we move through the strategy development process. Thank you.
