Our current need is assistance with trademarking. Inspiring Young Minds (IYM) places hundreds of deserving students of color and other students, in Prep Schools across the country. We do this with no paid staff but by mean of dedicated board members and volunteers. We have past reached the point where our volunteers and working board cannot meet the demands of our members, nor provide the level of service required of our member families. Rebranding will allow us to reorganize the organization's structure and, it also it will also involve the change in the organization's name> This is being done to protect it going into the future, as there are other organizations with the same or similar names. We need the understanding of what it takes to trademark the new name that we are developing to replace IYM.
