As a startup non-for-profit, we've tested various portions of our program. Now we need to build a curriculum that can reflect all the learning and lessons that we have tested. This project focuses on the creation of an education curriculum that guides entrepreneurs with disabilities through different phases of their journey.

People with disabilities have to figure out how to solve problems all the time. We have to figure out how to get dressed, how to drive, how to communicate. We figure out how to live in a world that is not build to fit our needs. This curriculum will help us harnesses the innate entrepreneurship skills of people with disabilities and translate them into business skills that they can use to succeed in the workforce.

We have the first portion of the curriculum. We also have an outline of what we envision the full curriculum being, as well as the support of an advisor who has extensive experience in curriculum building.

Our mission is to flip the misconceptions society has about people with disabilities. We do this by supporting entrepreneurs with disabilities. We harness the innate entrepreneurship skills of people with disabilities to help them achieve their employment goal. This work moves us closer to a world where people with disabilities are recognized as Master of Industries. It moves us closer to a world where disability is internationally valued as an asset for business and entrepreneurship.
