Marketing strategy development

I would like a skilled volunteer to complete a comprehensive Esteem Engine marketing strategy with the fundamental goal of the organization achieving a sustainable competitive advantage in the character education and social emotional learning marketplace. The strategy should lay out Esteem Engine’s target markets and the value proposition that will be offered.

The project is a priority at this stage because Esteem Engine wants to use its unique capabilities to carve out a competitive advantage in the growing and profitable character education and social emotional learning market. We need a compelling marketing strategy to take advantage of this opportunity. This project would achieve our mission for community development by reaching schools in communities where there are children in our target market to develop their character values and social emotional learning. This project is a good investment of the skilled volunteer's time because the volunteer would be involved in the social change, using their expertise to help Esteem Engine meet the critical challenges in communities.

In preparation of this project, I have written a children’s book and developed a framework for the curriculum I am refining with a subject matter exert. I have also developed relationship with the Newark YMCA as well other engagements with YMCAs in South Orange, Maplewood and Harlem. I have also started work on animations that could be used in classrooms.

Once the project complete, I plan to implement the marketing strategy and begin executing Esteem Engine’s strategic plan along with the support I have from the subject matter expert who will assist me with offering the curriculum and courses to the marketplace.
