Design for special event collateral

We are looking for a consultant who is experienced in designing event invitations and associated materials, such as a partnership deck, event signs, etc. that will be representative of the Meals on Wheels mission.

This project is a priority right now because we are looking to increase the number of financial partnerships for our annual June event, our Taste gala. We are currently in talks about the event venue for the Taste of Argentina 2018.

We just received proposals from prospective event planners who assist us with solidifying partner restaurants and wineries for the event. We plan to implement the deliverable by mailing the invitation to our supporters in a more timely fashion; no later than March 15, 2018. We would also like to push out the partnership deck to existing and prospective partners by January 1, 2018.
