Board Planing and Development strategies. As 2Gether-International expands, we need to set practices in place that will attract, motivate and best utilize a Board of Directors.

Disability is often viewed as a problem that has to be fixed or overcome. 2Gether-International has the power to redefine how the world views disabled people, from passive recipients of services to active drivers of change! We need a world class team to do this! Your work will help recruit, retain and engage this world class team.

We have initial Board materials and guidelines in place and some initially interested members. Your work will help confirm and solidify their commitment as well as determine the future vision and strategic functions of the Board.

Our mission is to flip the misconceptions society has about people with disabilities. We do this by supporting entrepreneurs with disabilities. We harness the innate entrepreneurship skills of people with disabilities to help them achieve their employment goal. This work moves us closer to a world where people with disabilities are recognized as Master of Industries. It moves us closer to a world where disability is internationally valued as an asset for business and entrepreneurship.
