Extended School Site Policies and Procedures

We need help creating Policy & Procedures for our extended school sites that reflect our recently updated organization-level policies. The organization-wide policies are complete, but they are not specific to daily operations at individual school sites. We want site-level guidance so staff have clear direction for consistent day-to-day routines that maintain a fun and safe program for participants.

The volunteer will deliver a written operations outline and enhanced Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to our extended school sites that align with our organization-level policies and address daily site operations. We are looking for a volunteer with Operations Management expertise to draft these SOPs so our staff have clear, actionable direction to maintain consistent, safe, and engaging programs.
