About the Opportunity

The Bully No More Foundation Ltd promotes the nationally endorsed musical, Bully No More! which is published and licensed internationally by Concord Theatricals. While our production possesses immense institutional credibility—including 11 prestigious national endorsements, a professional website, and high-quality audio and video assets demonstrating how the show can be adapted for all ages—it remains one of thousands of titles in a massive catalog, making organic discovery our primary obstacle. Bully No More! is uniquely versatile: it is perfect for elementary and middle school students to perform, while also serving as a superb, empowering production for high schools, colleges, community theaters, children's theaters, and summer stock troupes to present for family audiences. Crucially, the show is designed to be performed either during the standard school day or easily run as an after-school program, which provides a flexible, turnkey solution for lower schools that lack the full-time personnel or resources to produce a show during regular class hours. Currently, we are not securing licenses simply because the show is not yet widely known to decision makers. To bridge this critical visibility gap, we need a specialized theater marketing consultant to help us analyze our current digital positioning, identify conversion friction points on our independent promotional website, and architect a highly targeted, multi-tier outbound communication framework that empowers us to proactively introduce this vital bully-prevention piece to educational and theatrical teachers and directors across the United States.

By the end of this project, the volunteer will build and deliver a complete Nationwide Theater Licensing Outreach & Conversion Toolkit over a finite 2 to 12 week period. This single, comprehensive deliverable will begin with a website optimization brief that reviews our independent website and provides a concise list of recommendations to maximize music and drama teachers and director engagement once they click our links. The core of the toolkit will consist of a strategic suite of 2 high-converting email outreach templates written in contemporary, impactful language designed to appeal to modern educators and theatrical decision-makers, specifically highlighting the show's adaptability for both in-school curriculum and after-school programs. This suite will be systematically broken down into distinct target categories, containing 2 tailored emails for each group.
Elementary schools. Middle schools. High schools and Colleges/Universities. Children’s Theaters. Regional/Community/and Summer Stock theaters, written to to those who select the plays. This completed toolkit will give our foundation a permanent, reusable, and capacity-building system to independently run outbound campaigns, successfully drive music and drama teachers and directors to our website and Concord Theatricals’ licensing portal, and dramatically expand our national reach.
