American Music Institute (AMI) wants to improve its organic visibility and attract more qualified visitors through Google search. We have access to Google Search Console, but we need support analyzing the data and turning it into a clear, actionable SEO strategy.
We need help identifying which search queries and website pages are performing well, where we are missing opportunities, and whether there are indexing, technical SEO, or content issues limiting our visibility. We also want to better understand opportunities to improve rankings and click-through rates for searches related to music lessons, music education, and our programs in the Chicago area.
In the past, we have reviewed Google Search Console and addressed some website and indexing issues, but we have not had a comprehensive, ongoing optimization process. We need an experienced SEO volunteer who can audit our current GSC data, identify priorities, and provide practical recommendations that our marketing team can implement.
The opportunity is to establish a stronger, data-driven SEO process that AMI can continue using to monitor performance and improve organic search visibility over time.
By the end of the project, AMI would like to receive a comprehensive Google Search Console & SEO Findings Report documenting the consultant's findings, identified issues, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
The consultant will review AMI's Google Search Console data and website performance and create one organized document that includes:
Key Google Search Console findings:
Search performance analysis
Top-performing pages and search queries
Keywords and pages with growth opportunities
Low-CTR and ranking opportunities
Indexing and sitemap issues
Technical SEO issues identified through Google Search Console
Pages that may need SEO or content improvements
Local SEO opportunities
Content and keyword opportunities
Internal linking and on-page SEO recommendations
Any unusual or potentially problematic search activity
Specific recommendations for what AMI should improve
Prioritized action items, including which improvements should be addressed first
The final document should be clear and practical, allowing the AMI marketing team to understand what is currently working, what needs improvement, why it matters, and what actions we can take.
Success would mean that AMI has a comprehensive reference document that can be used as an SEO roadmap and shared with our marketing team, website volunteers, and future SEO consultants.
