Graphic Design for Special Event

We would like to have a graphic designer create a logo / design for our annual fundraising event next April. We currently do not have any professional graphic designers or those with design experience on our team. In the past, we have paid for a graphic designer to complete this task on a yearly basis, but this year we have no budget for this aspect.

By the end of the project, we hope to have several completed design files (such as for a save the date) as well as the individual pieces of the design (title of the event and extra designs separately) so that we may create additional signage as necessary. The deliverables will include: newly created or developed font for the title of our event, designs that match our theme to be placed around the main script, and a secondary font that works well with the title font that can be used for extra information. This logo / design will only be used once for our event next year.
