We are looking for a volunteer to develop a comprehensive Excel-based financial projection model to help Unique Adult Day Healthcare Inc. establish a realistic financial foundation for our operations. The final deliverable should include a documented list of assumptions, a five-year financial forecast, a detailed month-by-month budget for the first year, and cash flow projections.
This model will be critical as we prepare for future financing discussions with lenders. To ensure this project provides long-term value, we also ask the volunteer to provide a brief written summary of key financial risks and a short 'user guide' or training session so our team can update the model as our needs evolve. You will work directly with our leadership to translate our operational plans into this financial framework. help us ensure that our adult day healthcare services are built on a sustainable and transparent financial path.
